Create meeting rooms.
Let your people book them.
No IT permission required.

Colega lets you create meeting rooms and invite anyone to book them, whatever their email domain.

No Google or Microsoft connection — on purpose — so there's nothing for IT to approve.

Simple and private by default.

Flat monthly price per building. Not per seat
— so nobody has to count heads.

You create the rooms.
Your people book them.

This is the whole product: a card per room,
a day at a glance, one tap to take a slot.

How it works

Sixty seconds to set up your building.
Run it from today.

  1. 1

Register your building and your rooms are live the same day, at your own web address — nothing to install, no procurement, no IT ticket to raise.

  2. 2

    Create your rooms

Name each room, set the seats, set your opening hours. Print the QR card for each door if you want one — that's the entire hardware rollout.

  3. 3

    Invite your people

Only people you add can book, and they sign in with a magic link — no passwords. Issue guest passes with an expiry date for visitors, and they switch themselves off on the day. Bookings flow one way into their own calendar; Colega never touches anyone's Microsoft or Google account.

Key features

Everything a building needs.
No IT approval necessary.

Any email domain works

Invite anyone — a law firm on the third floor, a freelancer on Gmail, a visiting team for the week. Colega isn't wired to anyone's Microsoft or Google accounts, on purpose. No tenant to match, no domain lock. If you can email them, you can give them a room.

Magic links, no passwords

Your invitees tap the link in their inbox and they're in. No app to install, no account to create, no password to reset — and nothing for anyone's IT team to deploy.

Nobody sees what the meeting is about

Every booking shows to everyone else as “Andrés's meeting”. There is no field for a subject anywhere in the system — so there's no confidential data to review, and competing firms in one building can share a board safely.

An A3 printed card by the door does a £600 tablet's job

A laminated sheet of paper is the entire hardware rollout. Print one per room and frame it by the door. Scan it to check availability, book on the spot, or check in.

Ghost bookings free themselves

Ten minutes either side of the start to check in, prompted by email — SMS coming soon. Miss it and the room frees itself for anyone to use. The room quietly polices itself.

Their bookings, in their own calendar

One way only. Active members subscribe once and their bookings appear and disappear in their own Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar. Colega reads nothing back and asks for no permission.
